Family Bazaar delivers across all cities and towns in Pakistan. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1β2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 1,999.
Standard delivery charges apply to orders below this amount and will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan at no extra charge. Please have the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery partner is unable to provide change.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp on the number you provided at checkout. You can use this to track your order with our courier partner.
Failed or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will retry the following business day. After two unsuccessful attempts, the order will be returned to us. Please contact us to arrange re-delivery.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
